QD P MAN
QD P MAN is an MFC ActiveX component that exports OpenGL graphic contexts within which 3D objects can be viewed. The application provides an exportable accelerated graphic environment that describes the arrangement of points in a robot program in relation to the 3D graphic model imported for the machining process.
The points are displayed within the graphic context so that they can be modified using the graphic interface itself. The tool path is displayed together with the object being machined. It is also possible to view a point-to-point simulation of the tool and work along the work path. The points read and the associated machining operations are loaded from a file. On completion of processing, the ActiveX component provides a way to save the computed robot file plus any changes made by the user, for use by the robot during machining.
This ActiveX component can be used by any application that supports ActiveX standards (Internet Explorer, Visual C++ applications, Delphy, etc.).
